| Research Summary | My research interests are at the intersection of computational biology and immune engineering. I am interested in applying novel deep learning and machine learning methods to large biological datasets. Specifically, I am focused on using deep learning on antibody profiles of subjects with infectious diseases. These methods can be used to identify novel antibody correlates to inform vaccine and therapeutic design. |
