| Research Summary | My research is focused on computational protein engineering. I'm currently working on analyzing the tertiary structural motifs (or TERMs) of specific types of protein interactions, like antibody-antigen interactions, to understand what structural patterns make them up—and figure out how that might inform de novo design. I'm interested in machine learning as well, and currently getting my feet wet in that. |
